Ingrid was a Montral boutique known for importing high end designer clothing. This dress was union made in the USA of a lined black polyester crepe. It has futuristic teal satin sleeves, reminiscent of Pierre Cardin's 1980s designs and an unusual low back with a tiered collar. It has an 18" slit up the back of the skirt for ease of movement, and
